A Turning Point

XenMedCare Network was later acquired and reimagined under the leadership of Ram Konduru.

With a background in technology, data, and enterprise systems, a different perspective emerged:

  • The problem wasn’t just access to talent, it was that the external workforce model was not aligned with how healthcare operates.

  • Healthcare organizations already structure internal teams based on effort. External talent followed a different logic.Healthcare organizations already structure internal teams based on effort. External talent followed a different logic which created friction and inconsistent delivery.

  • That disconnect became the starting point for change.
